CANCELLATION POLICY

Sometimes the weather conspires against us (and defies forecasts!). In the event we (Tenby Adventure) need to cancel an activity session – due to bad weather, sea conditions or (rarely) staff sickness – we will offer a full refund or – if possible (or preferred by you) a rescheduled session.

In the event you need to cancel your session, we will offer a full refund if cancellation takes place two weeks or more before the session, a 50% refund if cancellation takes place a week to two weeks before the session and 0% refund if cancellation is less than a week before the session.

In the event you wish to reschedule an activity session, we’ll do this (subject to availability) at no charge if the reschedule is 48hrs or more before the original booking.

Our cancellation policy can be waived in your favour at the discretion of the managers and we will try our best to help you if the unforeseen prevents you coming.

In the event government guidance (e.g. regarding Covid) prevents you attending an activity we will offer a full refund.

Tenby Adventure does not accept liability for injuries sustained as a result of participants not following the instruction of our guides. Our staff are very experienced and trained to keep you safe and ensure your enjoyment. It is essential participants adhere to our guides instructions at all times. Guides have the right to exclude from activities participants who refuse to follow instructions. We require participants to be physically able to take part in activities and free from the influence of alcohol or drugs.

On the day of the activity, all participants must read and acknowledge the points made on the activity form and provide honest and accurate information on the ‘health, mobility and medical’ declaration part of the form. Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent, guardian or responsible adult (acting ‘in loco parentis’) sign their form.

Tenby Adventure reserves the right to exclude any participant we deem to be unable to take part in the activity for health, fitness or other reasons.

ARRIVAL TIME

It is important you arrive at or before the meeting time of the session you’ve booked, we generally won’t be able to hold a session if you are late – there are likely to be other participants who we can’t ask to wait and our guides have other activity sessions throughout the day. In the event of late arrival or no-show, we don’t offer refunds and rescheduling is at the discretion of Tenby Adventure management.

If you are likely to be late for a booked activity session, please call us as soon as possible.

Boring bit over!
